An Intense Gallbladder Cleanse and Liver Flush

gallBladder cleanse

Usually at least once a year I will do a 30-90 experiment on myself to test out a theory or to help myself get into a healthy habit. This time, I wanted to do a 60-day experiment to get myself into healthy habits once again. Among those habits was actual wellness health. I wanted to cleanse my body and then get back into the habit of eating better and working out. So, when I heard about this gallbladder cleanse I thought, why not?

Why This Cleanse?

At one point, about three-years-ago, I was really big on my health and learning all I could about it. This was the start of my holistic lifestyle and I’m grateful I went through that process because it is one of my passions now. During this time I went to a small local health foods store just to look around. This time, I wanted to pick someone’s brain who had been doing this for decades just to see what they would say is a good starting point for someone new to choosing a healthier lifestyle.

First, let me say I was not overweight during this time. I’m a very athletic looking person but if you know about health or wellness you know even a skinny person can be unhealthy. I wanted true health, not a weight loss trick. That’s not to say you can not achieve weight loss but starting with something like this but this was not my intentions.

So, when I asked the lady at the store about a cleanse or detox to kick start my healthier lifestyle she handed me a print out of this cleanse. While I was there I grabbed the pink Himalayan sea salt, Epsom salt for ingestion, and headed home to experience what this cleanse had for me.

The Intense Flush

When I got home I began the prepping phase. My first time doing this I juiced my own apples for the apple juice but after that, I just bought organic juice. I don’t think the 2nd or 3rd try made this cleanse any easier! So as a for warning give yourself a day after this to make sure you are ready to go back to work or just go outside of the house. This will make you go to the bathroom once you start drinking the Epsom salt mix.

WARNING, TMI!

My first time doing this it really cleaned me out! I “passed” greenish looking stuff and you could see little balls floating. Some say those are deposits or small gall stones. Others say it’s just from the mixture you drink and slug in your system. You can keep a few and get them tested if you really want to know but I just was fascinated for a moment then disgusted and flushed.

The second time I had been eating better and all so it didn’t do much of a cleanse. When I tried it again the third time to kick off my 60-day experiment it worked just like the first time. Like I said the taste of the mixtures and the process is not very fun but it felt like it flushed me out pretty well so I was satisfied.

Below you can see the video of me drinking some of the mixtures and how I reacted! I will also list the ingredients below for this liver cleanse/ gallbladder flush.
