Usually at least once a year I will do a 30-90 experiment on myself to test out a theory or to help myself get into a healthy habit. This time, I wanted to do a 60-day experiment to get myself into healthy habits once again. The plan was to build better habits in health, wellness, productivity, and get work done on my van. I decided a good way to hold myself accountable was to record a weekly follow up. This helped me be more accountable to my goals, as well as, be able to look back and see what worked and what didn’t.

I definitely learned a lot during this experience. Not just from doing the habits but from recording and sticking to that as well. I’m glad I did this and I’m excited to see what the next one will be!
